Return, Refund, & Exchange Policy

Flame Candle Co. does not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds on any items sold in the online store.

Damaged during shipping: Should you receive a candle container that is broken, you can receive one replacement free of charge. In order to receive your replacement candle, you must email a photo of the broken candle container (with label showing) to info@flamecandle.co within 24 hours of delivery. Please include your first and last name, as well as your order number in the body of the email.

Wax Cracking: Because 100% soy candles are very likely to have minor flaws on the surface of the candle after forming, cracking and even holes in the surface of a candle are NOT considered damages. The candle will still burn when lit properly. Many candles from Flame Candle Co. will have small imperfections at the top.

Why no returns or exchanges?

Simply because handmade candles take time and effort to produce at the level of quality offered by Flame Candle Co. Returns, exchanges, and refunds because a customer “doesn’t like” a scent would make it very difficult to offer the level of service Flame hopes to provide. Please read each candle’s scent profile with care and send any questions you may have via direct message on Flame Candle Co.’s Facebook and/or Instagram page.
